At MUNTZ.ED, our products are made to order and fulfilled through our print and production partners. This means your order is produced specifically for you after it is placed.

Order Processing

Orders are generally sent to production shortly after they are placed. Because our products are made to order, we are unable to guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it has entered production.

Production and delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout where available. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery times may be affected by factors including production delays, carrier delays, public holidays, customs processing and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the products in your order and your delivery location.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.
